Job Summary:
Brown & Brown of Ohio is looking for highly motivated salespeople to join our team of experienced Property & Casualty insurance professionals. We are looking for new sales executives to assist us in carrying an unmatched tradition of success in this industry. If you have an innate drive to win and desire a profession where your accomplishments can offer unlimited potential income, you may be a fit with our firm. Upon completion of an internal training program, new producers will demonstrate clear knowledge of property and casualty programs and products designed to fit the needs of large regional and national clients in a wide range of industries. You will have the ability to set appointments with prospective clients, analyze existing exposures, and present alternative insurance and risk management solutions to fulfill the needs of prospects and clients.
Required Competencies:
- Self starter with competitive and entrepreneurial spirit
- Results oriented – ability to create and break relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Four year college degree
- Prior successful sales experience preferred
- Prior insurance experience is not required. Some of our most successful producers have a variety of non-insurance backgrounds.
Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience
Relocation Expenses: Not Covered
