Plan & Contract Installation

Each year, we will manage your renewal and new contract installations. Once you choose the package that will be offered for the year, we'll coordinate the following actions:

  • Enrollment document preparation, distribution, collection, and verification
  • Education Sessions (in-person or web-based)
  • Our internal set up, including:
    • Employee files and client data
    • Review of client’s policies and procedures
  • Annual timeline established, including:
    • Compliance deadlines and actions leading to next year’s renewal
  • Training
  • Provide instructions on government reporting requirements

Employer Services

Throughout the year, we will provide services to help you run your plan more efficiently.  You can always count on us if you have a problem or need.  We will:

  • Act as a liaison between you and the insurance carriers
  • Provide customized education, training and consultation
  • Build communication tools that include:
    • Enrollment packets
    • New hire kits
    • Carrier administrative kits
    • Customized client web portal
    • Communication vehicles such as posters, payroll stuffers and notices
    • Electronic files for communication pieces
  • Help with:
    • Billing issues
    • Eligibility issues
    • Reporting and compliance
    • Serve as your knowledge base for all items relating to your benefits, including outside, non-employer-sponsored resources

Plan Participant Services

We are here for your plan participants as well.  We provide a dedicated member advocate who will:

  • Furnish contact information for insurance carriers and other vendors
  • Research and resolve claims
  • Provide help understanding basic plan provisions
  • Facilitate communication between employees and insurance companies on advanced plan provisions or employee-specific, carrier appropriate questions
  • Deliver educational webinars and on-demand videos on a variety of benefits issues
