Toledo 17• Sharon E. Black, ARM, CPIW, CISR, Marketing & Commercial Lines Manager: Sharon is responsible for overseeing the Marketing & Commercial Lines departments at Brown & Brown. Her duties include making sure our clients have been provided the communication and service they desire with immediate responses and technical knowledge of their needs. This includes being involved in conference calls, internal meetings in discussing their renewal programs, and being proactive with the rest of the Commercial Lines department to assess and make decisions in their risk management needs. As a relationship builder with the agency’s carrier partners, it is crucial that she continues to develop and maintain this structure for the benefit of our clients. This helps to provide the best risk management contract that is competitive in the marketplace.

Sharon has been with Daniel James/Brown & Brown since 1986 all within the Commercial Lines department. She continuously researches the various resources available in the industry to help provide up-to-date and accurate information for our clients. Through the national marketing network within Brown & Brown, she can help our account executives open doors to prospects with risk management programs that meet their specific needs. This is unique in the insurance industry and provides a differentiator from our competition. Sharon holds an Ohio Property & Casualty resident license as well as Ohio Surplus license, including more than 40 Non Resident licenses throughout the country.

Toledo 1• Amy Wolf-Crawford, Commercial Agribusiness Account Executive: Amy has been with Brown & Brown since 2015. In her role as a Commercial Account Executive, she consults with business owners to help them find solutions to their company’s risk management. She provides excellent service and support to both new and existing clients.

Prior to joining Brown & Brown of Ohio, Amy worked within her family’s third-generation business. Growing up in this environment enabled Amy to develop a comprehensive understanding and passion for businesses and how they run.

Amy is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Sales & Services Marketing. She holds her Property & Casualty License and is pursuing her Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist Certification.

Amy resides in Bowling Green, OH. She is happily married and has one lovable dog. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, camping and weekend trips to Put-In-Bay. She is an active participant of the Wood County Farm Bureau, EPIC Toledo, Women in Ag and Toledo Ladies for the Clubs.

• Audrey Schnabel, Small Business Account Executive: Audrey has been in the insurance industry since 1980 and with Brown & Brown since 2001. Her responsibilities include contacting new prospects, quoting and proposing new business and renewal business quotes, and addressing any situation that her clients need assistance with.

Audrey makes it a point to know each one of her clients individually and to treat them the way she would like to be treated. It is very important to her that when they call or email, she respond as quickly as possible. Audrey strives to develop a relationship with each client individually, with their business, and sometimes even with their family. Audrey holds her State of Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance license.


Blayne• Blayne Robbins, Commercial Account Executive: Blayne joined the Brown & Brown of Ohio team in early 2018 as an Account Executive. His involvement in sports at the collegiate level paired with over 5 years of sales experience enables him to consistently meet and exceed client expectations in a highly disciplined and focused manner. Blayne specializes in middle market risk transfer strategy development, particularly in the construction and manufacturing space.

Before joining the Brown & Brown of Ohio team, Blayne attended Defiance College where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He also holds his Ohio Property and Casualty License.

Blayne currently lives in Toledo with his wife and two dogs. He has a passion for soccer which he passes on by coaching a team for the Perrysburg Soccer Club. He and his wife also volunteer with Canine Companions for Independence where they raise lab/retriever crosses to become service dogs.


Toledo 8• Jennifer Schramm, Commercial Account Manager: Jennifer has been with Brown & Brown since March of 2016. She is responsible for handling the accounts of current commercial clients. Her responsibilities include processing changes, issuing certificates of insurance, assisting with claims and preparing the accounts for renewal. She is detail oriented and strives to provide excellent customer service.

Jennifer is a graduate of several local colleges. She has a degree in Emergency Management & Planning, a degree in Marketing and an MBA in Management. Before starting with Brown and Brown, Jennifer worked for many years in the public sector before moving to the insurance industry in 2012. Jennifer holds an Ohio Property & Casualty License.


EricS vs 1 resized• Eric Schultz, CISR, AFIS, Commercial Lines Account Assistant: Eric joined the team in October of 2018. Although being new to our agency, he has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Brown & Brown, Eric worked with multiple independent agencies where he focused on servicing existing Personal, Farm, and Commercial customers. Now that he is a part of our team, Eric will be working with the Commercial Lines Department, assisting the team with various tasks including new business and renewal requests. He strives to provide his superior service skills that he has cultivated over the years to all situations placed in front of him.

Eric is a graduate of Tiffin University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Management. He currently holds his Ohio Property and Casualty License along with maintaining two insurance designations; Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist Certification (AFIS).

Outside of the office, Eric is involved in several Regional and National Horse Associations. He even enjoys competing at horse shows when possible. Along with this, Eric judges horse shows and often serves as a ring assistant at several horse shows during the year.
